The Minnaert Building’s bold, red-painted concrete, wormlike wave pattern exterior, complimented by the giant letters spelling “Minnaert” on the ground floor is hard to miss. The letters occupy one entire story, and while not structural, give the impression a weight-bearing structure. The Minnaert building, designed by OMA, is within the De Uithof campus of the Utrecht University.
